Changed your mind or something isn't right? No problem — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us first. Email info@optimaxauto.com or call +1 (858) 397-2324 with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and a reference number — please don't ship anything back without one.
  2. Pack it securely. Items must be new, uninstalled and unused, with all hardware, accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Please ship box-in-box; don't put the label on the retail box.
  3. Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method. Bank posting times may vary.

Good to know

  • Wrong, damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, label and product — we'll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
  • Changed your mind / ordered the wrong fitment? You cover return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
  • Not returnable: installed or used parts, electrical components, custom orders, fluids and chemicals.
  • Fitment tip: double-check your year / model / trim / roof configuration before installing — and if you're not sure, ask us before you buy. We're happy to confirm fitment.
