1) Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (delivery date on the carrier’s scan).
2) Condition Requirements
- Items must be new, uninstalled, and unused, with all hardware, accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Packaging must be reasonably protected (box-in-box where appropriate). Do not ship loose retail boxes.
3) Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used parts; electrical/electronic components; custom/special orders; fluids/chemicals; items explicitly marked non-returnable (subject to consumer law).
4) How to Start a Return
Email or call us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and a reference. Include clear photos if the item is damaged/defective or if we shipped the wrong item.
5) Return Shipping & Restocking
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, DOA/confirmed defect), we cover reasonable return shipping.
- Buyer’s remorse/fitment choice errors: customer pays return shipping.
- Restocking up to 15% may apply when the return is not due to our error or a verified defect.
6) Inspection & Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Deductions may apply for missing parts, damage, installation marks, or non-resalable packaging.
- Original outbound shipping (if any) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Processing typically occurs promptly after receipt; bank posting times may vary.
7) Exchanges
- Handled as a return + new order unless we confirm a direct replacement (e.g., wrong color/size variant).
8) Damaged or Defective on Arrival
- Keep the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box, shipping label, and product. We’ll assist with a replacement or resolution.
9) Fitment Responsibility
- Verify year / model / trim / roof configuration and relevant options before installation. Professional installation is recommended.
10) Warranty Assistance
- If a manufacturer warranty applies, we’ll assist in good faith with claim steps per the manufacturer’s terms.
