1) Service Area & Methods
- Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
- AK/HI/PR/Guam/VI and international: contact us by email/phone for a quote.
- We select carrier/service unless otherwise agreed.
2) Processing Times
- Orders placed on business days typically process promptly; weekends/holidays process the next business day.
- Carrier pickup times and cutoffs may affect same-day dispatch.
3) Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking details are provided when available.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier constraints.
- Signature may be required at our discretion for high-value shipments.
4) Address Accuracy & Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (unit/apt/suite).
- Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.
5) PO Boxes, APO/FPO
- Street addresses are recommended for most items. Some bulky/heavy items cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
6) Risk of Loss & Title
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier (unless applicable law requires otherwise).
7) LTL Freight (Large/Heavy Items)
- Residential, liftgate, and appointment services may incur extra charges.
- Inspect before signing: note visible damage/shortage on the delivery receipt and take photos. Refuse only if severely damaged, then contact us.
8) Undeliverable/Refused Shipments
- If a shipment is returned as undeliverable or refused without damage, actual shipping and redelivery/return fees may be deducted from any refund.
9) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
- Report within 48 hours of delivery scan (or expected delivery for lost packages). Include photos of outer box, label, and product. We’ll assist with a claim and resolution.
10) Shipping Restrictions
- Certain items may be restricted by hazmat, size/weight, or local regulations. We will contact you if an order cannot ship as placed.
